We currently deliver to all EU countries, Switzerland and the USA. We only deliver to mainland addresses and do not currently ship to island territories such as the Canary Islands, Madeira, Malta, etc.

Free shipping on orders over €200 (excluding the USA).
Orders placed before 5:00 PM CET are shipped on the same business day.

Peak season notice (15 November – 31 December):
During the holiday season, delivery times may be extended due to increased parcel volumes and capacity limitations of carriers and pickup networks. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control.
VAT & Final Product Price
All prices are displayed by default and will be charged in EUR at checkout. Prices shown in other currencies are for reference only and reflect the current exchange rate.
The basic VAT rate is already included in the displayed prices. If a different VAT rate applies in your country, the final price will be adjusted accordingly (slightly increased or decreased) after you enter your address.
Returns & Complaints
When should you choose a return?
- The product does not suit your needs.
- The product does not meet your expectations.
Return conditions
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- The products must remain unopened, unused and undamaged.
- The paid amount will be refunded using the original payment method.
When should you file a complaint?
- Your parcel arrived damaged.
- The product becomes defective during the warranty period.

- We cover the return shipping costs.
- The full amount paid, including shipping costs, will be refunded using the original payment method.
