Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not provide the option of cash on delivery. However, if this is your only option, please contact us, and we will do our best to find a solution.

 

VAT and Final Price of Products

All prices are displayed by default and will be charged in EUR at checkout. Prices shown in other currencies are for reference only and reflect the current exchange rate. The standard VAT rate of 20% is already included in the displayed prices. If the VAT rate in your country differs, the final price will be adjusted accordingly after you provide your addres at checkout.

* We are committed to ensuring that our products maintain their highest quality and effectiveness for you. During hot (above 25°C) or cold (below 10°C) days, we recommend using physical Pick-up Points instead of Z-Boxes. However, if that is not an option, please make sure to pick up your package from the Z-Box as soon as possible to preserve its value.

We only deliver to the EU countries listed above. If you'd like your order shipped to a different country, please contact us, and we'll find a solution.  

Free shipping is available for orders over 200 EUR.

When to choose a return good option?
     • the good does not suit you (size, type ...)
     • not according to your expectations

What are the return policies?
     • packaging and delivery costs back to us are paid by you
     • the goods must not be opened, used or damaged in any way
     • we will return the amount paid to your account, reduced by delivery fees

When to choose a claim good option?
     • the good is delivered damaged
     • the product gets spoiled during the warranty period

What are the claim policies?
     • packaging and delivery costs back to us are paid by us
     • we will refund the whole amount paid to your account
