Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not provide the option of cash on delivery. However, if this is your only option, please contact us, and we will do our best to find a solution.

All prices are displayed by default and will be charged in EUR at checkout. Prices shown in other currencies are for reference only and reflect the current exchange rate.

The basic VAT rate is already included in the displayed prices. If a different VAT rate applies in your country, the final price will be adjusted accordingly (slightly increased or decreased) after you enter your address.

* We are committed to ensuring that our products maintain their highest quality and effectiveness for you. During hot (above 25°C) or cold (below 10°C) days, we recommend using physical Pick-up Points instead of Z-Boxes. However, if that is not an option, please make sure to pick up your package from the Z-Box as soon as possible to preserve its value.

     • packaging and delivery costs back to us are paid by you
     • the goods must not be opened, used or damaged in any way
     • we will return the amount paid to your account

When to choose a claim good option?
     • the good is delivered damaged
     • the product gets spoiled during the warranty period

What are the claim policies?
     • packaging and delivery costs back to us are paid by us
     • we will refund the whole amount paid, including shipping costs, to your account
