• Milk thistle (Silybum marianum)
Recommended dosage:
RAW tablets (Onlyx):
• 1 tablet 3 times a day before meals from each listed product.
Other supplements (GymBeam):
• EGCG (Green tea extract) - 1 capsule, 1x daily
• Quercetin - 1 capsule, 2x daily
• L-arginine - 1 tablet, 1x daily
• Milk thistle (Silybum marianum) - 2 capsules, 1x daily
Attention: the dosage mentioned above is different from the dosage given in the Mr. Buhner's protocol, which is approximately double.
Important information: in order to determine your individual sensitivity to the ingredients in the products, start with very small - trial doses. Only in the case of favorable tolerance, gradually move to the full Buhner dosage. Discontinue use if a significant adverse reaction is noted.
