Ingredients (per daily dose 6 ml):
- Isatis (Isatis tinctoria) – root: 1,500 mg
- Sida (Sida acuta) – leaves: 1,000 mg
- Cordyceps (Cordyceps militaris) – mycelium: 750 mg
- Schisandra (Schisandra chinensis) – berries: 500 mg
- Chinese skullcap (Scutellaria baicalensis) – root: 750 mg
- Houttuynia (Houttuynia cordata) – whole plant: 750 mg
- Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) – root: 500 mg
- Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea) – root: 500 mg
- Ethanol 65 % vol., pure water.
Recommended dosage:
After shaking, drop 66 drops of tincture (approx. 2 ml) into water or other liquids and take 3× daily before meals.
To determine your individual tolerance to the product's ingredients, start with very small test doses (e.g., 10 drops daily). If well tolerated, gradually increase to full dosage over approx. 10 days.
The dosage according to Mr. Buhner is approximately 1.5 times higher.
After 3 weeks of use, a 1-week break is recommended.
Herxheimer reaction:
During use, a so-called Herxheimer reaction may occur – a temporary worsening of the condition due to the breakdown of pathogens in the body. This is a normal and expected response.
- For mild reactions, continue with the original dose and increase detoxification.
- For moderate reactions, reduce the dose and increase detoxification.
- For severe reactions, stop taking and proceed very carefully with increased detoxification.
Recommended supplements according to the Buhner protocol beyond MYCOP-ELIX:
- NAC: 2,000 mg morning + 2,000 mg evening before sleep
- Vitamin E: 200 IU (150 mg) daily
- Olive oil: 30 ml morning (≈ 2 tablespoons) + 30 ml evening before sleep
- Additional nutrients in the diet: daily intake of eggs, liver, 1 Brazil nut, sesame/tahini, avocado, chlorella/spirulina/seaweed, pomegranate juice
Concurrent use of MYCOP-ELIX with BORELISET package:
MYCOP-ELIX can also be taken concurrently with the product BORELISET for Lyme disease. As these two products contain 4 identical herbs, care should be taken to avoid double intake of these overlapping herbs. Therefore, we recommend using the dose indicated on the packaging, which is approximately half of the full Buhner dosage.
Some herbs in MYCOP-ELIX and BORELISET need to be paused after a certain period. We therefore recommend following the usage and rotation calendar:
Concurrent use of MYCOP-ELIX with other elixirs:
MYCOP-ELIX can also be taken together with our other tincture elixirs. As these elixirs often contain several identical herbs, care should be taken to avoid double intake. In such cases, we recommend using the dose indicated on the packaging, which is lower than the full Buhner dosage.
Taking 3 or more elixirs at the same time is not recommended to avoid multiple intake of overlapping herbs.

This is expected and does not affect effectiveness. Sediment or slight cloudiness may occur in tinctures – a natural process that does not affect product quality or effectiveness.
